Our process
The first step of the MB Collective & Co process is filling out our inquiry form and hopping on a discovery call to see if we are a great fit! This preliminary steps assesses where you're at in your business and how our services can best mesh so our future collaboration is seamless and clear. We require all inquiries to hop on a quick discovery call to chat business needs and custom quote.
Upon inquiring, you will receive a follow up email with an invitation for an introductory call to chat custom quote, project deliverables, and timeline. If we decide to move forward, you will receive our custom HoneyBook flow complete with a brand questionnaire, contract, invoice, and welcome guide to kick off our collaboration! This will give us context over your desired design and concept direction.
Once invoice is paid, contract is signed, and questionnaire is answered, we are good to go! Until your start date, we ask our clients to kindly fill out our strategy form the the best of your ability. After our preliminary kickoff call on the day of our project start, we will begin the design process starting with brand strategy!

Yes, absolutely! Our payment plans are extended project timelines. Considering the bulk of
our work is done digitally, digital assets will delivered on elongated timelines that help break
up the cost of your total brand design. Considering the timeline for most projects are situated
between 6-16 weeks, investing via credit card and breaking up installments if possible is
encouraged for those that are interested in paying for the project over time! For payment plans

Ah the end of our time together, you will be receiving all of your final files within our shared Google Drive which contains the .EPS, .JPEG, .PNG, and .PDF formatting of each deliverable. This makes your branding suite suitable for printing, digital use, manufacturing, and beyond!
